GEICO EnduroCross announces 2010 Schedule

Just after a thrilling finish to the 2009 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Series presented by E3 Spark Plugs in Las Vegas, the 2010 schedule was released today. The 2010 schedule includes two new venues: Comcast Arena in Everett, Wash. near Seattle and Pepsi Coliseum in Indianapolis, Inc. Events at Comcast Arena are designed to introduce the sport of EnduroCross to off-road enthusiasts in the Pacific Northwest. And the Indianapolis appearance aligns the EnduroCross with the USGP, which represents a whole new group of motorsports lovers.

The 2010 schedule is as follows:

July 17: The Orleans Arena, Las Vegas, Nev.
Aug. 14: Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Okla.
Aug. 27: Pepsi Coliseum, Indianapolis, Ind.
Sept. 11: Comcast Arena, Everett, Wash.
Oct. 30: National Western Complex, Denver, Colo.
Nov. 20: The Orleans Arena, Las Vegas, Nev.

E3 Spark Plugs was a proud sponsor of the 2009 EnduroCross Series, which featured the inaugural E3Spark Plugs EnduroCross Pro Junior Championship. Kawasaki pilot Colton Haaker, 19, won this series-within-a-series, which allows competitors aged 16-21 to vie for an AMA No. 1 plate. Haaker finished fourth in the overall EnduroCross series. Riding by age seven and competing by age 12, is sponsored by Lucas Oil. The overall 2009 series winner was Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Ricky Dietrich. He pulled off a big finals-round upset, as a second-round injury had knocked him down a few pegs in the favorites to win.

E3 Spark Plugs also was the 2009 title sponsor of the World Series of Off-road Racing (WSORR) E3 Spark Plugs Show-Me-State Showdown. And the E3 Spark Plugs name and logo rocked the hoods of driver Jason Patison’s NASCAR Whelen Super Late Model Series and NASCAR Camping World Series car and WSORR driver Kevin Probst’s Pro 2WD truck.
