E3® Lawn & Garden Warranty

E3® Lawn & Garden spark plugs properly installed in non-commercial equipment, for household purposes are warranted to provide better performance than standard spark plugs, to properly discharge a spark, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship, for the life of the first engine in which they are installed.

If your E3® Lawn & Garden spark plug is defective, return it, along with your cash register receipt and the form below (properly completed), to E3 Spark Plugs, PO Box 3673 Ponte Vedra, Florida 32004. As its only obligation, and your only remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will replace the spark plug.

E3® PowerSport Warranty

E3® PowerSports spark plugs properly installed in non-commercial equipment are warranted to properly discharge a spark, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship.

If your E3® POWERSPORT spark plugs is defective, return it, along with your cash register receipt and the form below (properly completed), to Pyrotek E3, LLC, PO Box 3673, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32004. As its only obligation, and your only remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will either (1) if the spark plugs are returned within 30 days of purchase, replace them or, if you request it, refund your purchase price, or (2) if the spark plugs are returned more than 30 days after they were purchased, but within the warranty period, replace them.

E3® Automotive Warranty

E3® Automotive spark plugs used for personal, family or household purposes are warranted to provide an experience of more power on less fuel, quicker starts and less fouling than competitive standard spark plugs, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship, for five years or 100,000 miles from the date of purchase.

If your E3® Automotive spark plugs prove to be defective during the five years or 100,000 miles after they were purchased, return them, along with your cash register receipt and the form below (properly completed), to E3 Spark Plugs, PO Box 3673, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32004. As its only obligation, and your only remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will either (1) if the spark plugs are returned within 30 days of purchase, replace them or, if you request it, refund your purchase price, or (2) if the spark plugs are returned more than 30 days after they were purchased, but within the warranty period, replace them.

E3® Automotive Wire Set Warranty

E3® Automotive Wire Set(s) properly installed in non-commercial equipment are warranted to properly discharge a spark, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship, for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If your E3® Automotive Wire Set(s) are defective, return it, along with your purchase receipt and the form below (properly completed), to E3 Spark Plugs, 816 A1A North Suite 301, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32082. As its only obligation, and your only remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will either (1) if the wire set(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase, replace them or, if you request it, refund your purchase price, or (2) if the wire set(s) are returned more than 30 days after they were purchased, but within the warranty period, replace them.

E3® Lithium Battery Warranty

E3® Lithium Batteries when properly installed in non-commercial equipment are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship. Warranty terms and conditions vary depending upon product class and part number, details contained in the form below. For warranty service, you must contact E3 Customer Service at 904-567-5994 to receive a unique RGA number (return goods authorization). Your customer service representative will ask you a series of questions regarding the battery and its use. Once you receive your RGA number you must send the battery, the Warranty Claim Form (available below) as well as your purchase receipt to E3 Ignition Products, 4210 Valley Ridge Blvd, Suite 106, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.
